Refund policy

Every product at Taggy is 100% original. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Instant return and exchange

Please check your order in front of the delivery person. If an item is damaged, wrong or not as described, you can return or exchange it on the spot.

7-day returns

You can also request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Not eligible

• Items that are used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to your original payment method or mobile wallet. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
